THE POOL FILLS
3% of every trade goes to the pool, set in code with no way to raise it. The pool converts to Robinhood native USDG before every payout.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
Every 10 minutes the vault splits the pool across the entire roll, sized to balance, and pushes every check straight to its wallet. No claim form. It just arrives.
WHO GETS A CHECK
Everyone at or above the floor, every run, sized to holdings. AMM pools, locked liquidity, routers and the ops wallets are struck from the roll at genesis, so every deposit goes to real holders. Holder wallets can never be excluded. There is no blacklist lever in the vault, and falling below the floor never forfeits USDG you already accrued.
WHERE THE MONEY COMES FROM
The 3% trade tax funds the pool, and the pool converts to USDG with a buffer kept back for gas. Funding and pushing are permissionless, and once USDG enters the vault no key can ever touch it. The payout is pure arithmetic. Too small a run? It rolls over. Never wasted.
